We are living in an era of unprecedented exposure to environmental toxins. Pesticides, plastics, air pollution, synthetic chemicals, and processed foods have created a perfect storm of stress on our bodies.
These toxins disrupt our hormones, damage our cells, and overwhelm our natural detox pathways.
The result? Our bodies are stuck in “survival mode,” unable to heal and thrive as they were designed to.

- Type 2 diabetes was responsible for around 128,000 years of healthy life lost (4.7 DALY per 1,000 population) and contributed 2.2% to the total disease burden in Australia – the 12th leading specific cause.
- Autism Spectrum Australia), has recently indicated that it’s likely that at least 1 in 40 individuals are on the autism spectrum, higher than the previous estimate of 1 in 70. The percentage increase in the statistic is 75%
- Over 2 in 5 (44% or 8.6 million) Australians aged 16-85 are estimated to have experienced a mental disorder at some time in their life.
- Incidence of early-onset cancers have increased by 79% in recent years.
- Almost one in two Australian men and women will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85. "Cancer Council"
- Autoimmune diseases are rising by between 3% and 9% a year.
- Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) affects 25 per cent of the population,” says Professor Elizabeth Powell, a hepatologist with Queensland Health
- About 1 in every 12 people aged 65 years and over are living with dementia in Australia
- It’s now estimated that infertility affects one in every six couples of reproductive age around the world.
- Compared to fertile men, infertile men appear to experience a higher rate of a range of chronic health disorders and even a shortened lifespan.
- Infertility is rising rapidly and unsustainably, with sperm counts declining 1% per year and infertility rates rising 1% per year.
- Men’s testosterone levels have reduced 50% in the last 50 years.
- Life expectancy is seeing a sustained decline in the United States driven by COVID, chronic liver discase, heart disease, and suicide.
It’s easy to turn a blind eye to the dumping of 6 billion pounds of ultra-toxic chemicals on our food each year globally and the micro plastics, which is strongly linked to nearly every single chronic disease we face by destroying our mitochondria…because it serves our conviences and it’s a cheaper product.
But there’s good news:
Your body is designed to heal — it just needs the right support.
The Right Way to Support Healing is Detoxing…
Most of us have tried detoxing before, but here’s the truth: Many popular detoxes don’t work because they skip foundational steps. Without addressing drainage pathways, toxins can get “stuck,” leading to more harm than good.
What angers me the most about detoxing is the lack of education on the importance of doing it safetly and correctly.
Many people are jumping to parasite &/or heavy metal cleansing, because influencers, or so called guru shares this online and then people get extremely sick, or have worse symptoms because they didn’t detox properly.

Here’s some important lessons i’ve learned over the past 10 years of detoxing my body…
- Heal the gut first before doing any detoxes
- Don’t detox if you’re highly stressed
- Slowly build up to a cleanse
- Don’t detox if you’re in a toxic relationship and in a unsupportive enviornment
- Don’t detox if you’re too minerally depleted
- You don’t have to eat fruit to detox
- Know how to do lymphatic exercises before detoxing (rebounding is the best for lymph movement)
- Nervous System, Mindset and Emotional regulation needs to become a staple before detoxing
- Hydration, Sleep, Movement, Sunshine, Grounding & Deep Nose Breathing needs to become a lifestyle before you consider detoxing…
